摘要
以直馏煤油为原料,采用中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发的RSS-2催化剂,在中国石油兰州石化公司0.6 Mt/a航空煤油加氢装置上,生产精制航空煤油产品和低凝柴油的调和组分。结果表明:在入口温度为278.5℃,入口压力为3.72 MPa,氢气/原料油(体积比)为181∶1,体积空速为3.72 h-1的条件下,RSS-2催化剂脱硫率达到97.82%,碱性氮脱除率达96.68%,硫醇硫脱除率达到91.84%,产品质量满足3#喷气燃料标准要求。
With straight- run diesel as raw mate- rial, RSS -2 catalyst developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, SINOPEC, as catalyst, refined aviation kerosene products and blending components of diesel with low pour point were produced in a 0.6 Mt/a aviation kerosene hydrogena- tion unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, Pet- roChina. The results showed that under the condi- tions of inlet temperature 278.5 ℃, inlet pressure3.72 MPa,hydrogen to oil (volume ratio) 181 : 1, volume velocity 3. 72 h^-1, desulfurization rate of RSS- 2 catalyst reached 97.82%, removal rate of basic nitrogen and mercaptan sulfur 96.68% and 91.84% respectively, which showed that the prod- ucts quality met 3^# jet fuel standard requirements.
