摘要
基于某示范运行的磷酸铁锂12.5 A·h电芯纯电动车,其锂离子动力电池在低温条件下电池的性能变差,影响车辆的动力性和续驶里程,且电池温度低于0℃时不能充电。基于此,选取了6辆不同地区电动车,根据目前车辆热管理方案,总结电池温度随不同环境、不同行驶里程、不同行驶工况下的变化规律,验证了其满足面向产业化的电动车动力电池总成开发目标,为电动车电池循环寿命及客户满意度提供可靠保障。
Based on a demonstration electric vehicle with power battery lithium iron phosphate 12.5 Ah cell, the battery performance deteriorates at low temperature, affecting the vehicle's power and mileage, and the battery cannot charge below 0℃. Based on this, six electric vehicles in different regions are selected. According to the battery thermal management scheme, the characteristics of the battery temperature with different environment, different mileage and different driving conditions are summarized, It is verified that it can meet the industrialized development goal of the electric vehicle power battery assembly. A reliable guarantee for the electric vehicle battery cycle life and customer satisfaction is provided.
