颈椎间盘退变对颈椎生物力学影响的有限元研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的通过创建颈椎间盘退变三维有限元模型,探讨颈椎间盘退变对颈椎生物力学影响。方法医护人员改变椎间盘相关参数,依次创建轻度、中度、重度椎间盘退变模型,在45N垂直荷载作用下,依次对上述三种有限元模型及正常椎间盘有限元模型进行生物力学测试,对不同模型的生物力学参数进行比较。结果在刚度值、椎间盘轴向位移、膨出位移、相对位移、关节突接触力、轴向应力、水平应力、髓核内压方面,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当椎间盘出现轻度退变时,颈椎稳定性会随之降低,出现中度退变、重度退变时,会重新获得颈椎稳定性。
