摘要
目的:观察尤瑞克林对脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织中血管抑素表达的影响。方法:选取成年雄性SD大鼠24只,将其随机分为假手术组、模型组和试验组。模型组和试验组大鼠制作大脑中动脉阻塞脑缺血再灌注模型。试验组于再灌注后5 min静脉注射尤瑞克林。再灌注3 d后采用Western blot检测脑组织中血管抑素的表达。结果:假手术组脑组织中可见血管抑素表达;模型组和试验组脑组织中血管抑素表达均明显高于假手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,试验组脑组织中血管抑素表达下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尤瑞克林可降低血管抑素表达来促进血管新生而发挥脑保护作用。
Objective To study the effect of urinary kallidinogenase on the expression of angiostatin in rat brain tissue after focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion. Method Rats were randomly assigned into three groups: sham operation group,model group and test group. The middle cerebral artery occlusion reperfusion model was made by the suture method. The rats in the test group were injected with urinary kallidinogenase after making a model. The expression of angiostatin was detected by Western blot. Results The expression of angiostatin in brain tissue of sham operation group,the expression of angiostatin in brain tissue of model group and test group was higher than that of sham operation group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05).Compared with the model group,the angiostatin expression was downregulated in rats of the test group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase can induce angiogenesis by down-regulating the expression of angiostatin.
