摘要
超声横波三维成像法应用于探测水工混凝土缺陷在国内尚处于初步阶段。以MIRA超声横波三维成像仪为基础,通过解析其探测原理,并结合试验研究超声横波波速和频率对其探测成像深度以及对钢筋、细小异常体识别精度的影响。结果表明,当计算波速与实际波速相差10%以上时,对缺陷成像深度会出现较大偏差;而不同的探测频率对于不同埋深和尺寸缺陷的识别能力差别较大,需现场预估和试验以确定合适的频率。此外,给出了采用超声横波三维成像法探测缺陷时横波波速测定、探测频率选取的建议,为该技术的工程应用提供参考。
The application of ultrasonic S-wave 3D imaging method to detect the defects of hydraulic concrete is still in the primary stage in China.This paper,based on the MIRA Swave 3D imaging instrument,through the analysis of the detection principle,combined with the experimental study on the velocity and frequency of ultrasonic wave detects,its imaging depth and its effect of identification occuracy on steelsand tiny abnormity body.The results show that the depth of defect imaging will appear larger deviation,when the difference between calculative wave velocity and the actual is up to 10% or more.We need to estimate and test on the spot to determine the appropriate frequency for the difference of detection frequencies has larger difference in recognition capacity between different embedding depth and defect size.In addition,this paper gives some suggestions on adopting Swave 3D imaging method to detect the measure of shear wave velocity when defects exist and how to choose the frequency which provides reference for the technology of engineering application.
