摘要
老码头改造项目涉及项目体量较大,与生产关系密切,一旦调控失当就会引起货源分流、改造时间和资金浪费等问题,本文分阶段介绍了天津港面对老码头改造带来的诸多问题,通过扎实可靠的统计数据,结合对于生产局势的合理预估,综合运用博弈论、排队论及数据分析等工具,平稳有序的完成了这项工作,达到了预期的效果。
The old berth reforming project involves a large volume of works in close relations with the port operation. Failure or errors in the management of these works can cause problems like source shunt, waste in reformation time and fund. This paper introduces how the problems resulted from the reformation of the old berths in Tianjin Port are solved in stages, through using the solid and reliable statistical data, in conjunction with reasonable forecast of the operation, and via the integrated use of game theory, queuing theory and data analysis tools, thus having finished the work smoothly and orderly, with desired effect achieved.
