摘要
目的评价社区老年2型糖尿病患者使用二甲双胍口服药物的治疗效果。方法选取我社区2013年1月~2015年1月收治的糖尿病患者258例,随机平均分为观察组与对照组。比较两组患者的血糖调整情况、血脂的改变情况、治疗后的不良反应情况。结果观察组的空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白低于对照组,P〈0.05;观察组的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白及低密度脂蛋白均低于对照组,P〈0.05;观察组的不良反应发病率为18.6%,低于对照组的49.6%,P〈0.05。结论社区老年2型糖尿病患者使用二甲双胍口服药治疗后可以有效改善血糖水平,效果明显,安全可靠。
Objective To evaluate the effect of oral administration of metformin in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in community. Methods 258 cases of diabetes in our community were selected from January 2013 to January 2015,and the average of the two groups were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Blood glucose regulation,blood lipid changes and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results In observation group,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels lower than the control group,P〈0.05,the observation group total cholesterol,triglyceride and high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein were lower than the control group,P〈0.05,the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 18.6%,lower than the control group 49.6%,P〈0.05. Conclusion Community elderly patients with type 2 diabetes using metformin oral drug treatment can effectively improve the blood glucose level,the effect is obvious,safe and reliable.
