摘要
目的 对含丹参成分注射用中成药致不良反应进行临床分析,并相应提出规避措施,从而指导临床安全用药。方法 回顾分析我院2013年7月-2015年3月200例注射含丹参成分的中成药患者的临床资料,分析不良反应发生情况。结果 200例注射含丹参成分的中成药患者中,有75例发生不同程度的不良反应,不良反应发生率为37.5%。其中心血管系统的不良反应发生率为36例,消化系统不良反应13例,中枢神经系统为12例,变态反应14例。结论 临床使用的含丹参成分注射用中成药不良反应发生率较高,应注意药品生产提高质量标准,强化临床合理用药、降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To containing ingredients of salvia miltiorrhiza injection with proprietary Chinese medicine cause adverse reactions in clinical analysis, and avoiding measures are put forward accordingly, so as to guide the clinical medication safety. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from July 2013 to March 2015, 200 cases of patients with containing ingredients of salvia miltiorrhiza injection of proprietary Chinese medicine clinical data, analysis of adverse reactions occur. Results 200 cases with composition of salvia miltiorrhiza injection of proprietary Chinese medicine patients, 75 cases of adverse reactions of different level, the incidence of adverse reactions was 37.5%. Cardiovascular system of the incidence of adverse reactions for 36 cases, 13 cases of digestive system adverse reactions, the central nervous system of 12 cases, allergy 14 cases. Conclusion The clinical use of containing ingredients of salvia miltiorrhiza injection with high incidence of proprietary Chinese medicine adverse reaction, pharmaceutical production should be paid attention to improve the quality standards, strengthening clinical rational drug use, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
