围绕电石法聚氯乙烯行业可持续发展的汞削减目标,采用新产品、新技术和新工艺等汞削减清洁生产技术,加快了企业汞削减目标的完成,实现了从源头到过程再到末端的全流程处理,建立全生命周期汞平衡体系。
