摘要
建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定浆粕中铁元素含量的方法,在选定的仪器工作条件下,采用标准加入法考察了方法的准确度和精密度。结果表明,该方法检出限为0.022μg/m L,加标回收率为97.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.28%。此方法简单易操作、快速可靠,可用于浆粕中铁含量的测定。
In order to a develop detection method of iron in pulps using flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Investigating the accuracy and precision of the proposed approach using standard addition method.The results showed that the detection limit,recovery,relative standard deviation( RSD) of this method were 0. 022 μg / m L,97. 2%,and 1. 28%,respectively. This method can be used for detection of iron in pulps due to simple,fast and reliable.
