摘要
美国高校绩效评价研究较早,不仅绩效的计算模型较为科学,而且其绩效评价指标构建也较合理。他们采用德尔菲法、因子分析法、数据包络分析选择有效的绩效评价指标。依据这样的模型,通过西部某省相关数据,建构了高职院校绩效评价的九个指标,即基础性投入度、设施设备投入度、校企合作度、师资队伍建设、实习实训投入和技能产出率、学生学校满意度、学生专业获得能力和毕业生就业能力。
In USA, the study of performance assessment in higher education has been researched for many years. Its calculation model is scientific, and also the indicator system of performance assessment is reasonable. They use Delphi method, factor analysis and DEA method to choose valid performance assessment indicators. According to these models, we established the indicator system of performance assessment for higher vocational schools based on related data of one province in western China. These indicators are input indicators such as rate of infrastructure, rate of facilities and equipments, cooperation rate between schools and enterprises, development of teachers and input of intership, and output indicators like rate of skill performance, satisification rate of students and schools, knowledge obtaining capacity and employability.
