摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科护理在胆道探查术围术期的应用效果。方法接受胆道探查手术的患者66例随机分为实验组和对照组,各33例。围手术期间对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予快速康复外科护理。观察2组手术情况和术后并发症发生率。结果实验组住院时间、首次进食时间、首次排便时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率为6.1%(2/33),低于对照组的24.2%(8/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在行胆道探查手术的患者中应用快速康复外科护理,能够显著缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To evaluate the application of nursing interventions based on fast track surgery for patients with bile duct exploration during perioperative period. Methods A total of 66 pa-tients with bile duct exploration were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care during perioperative period while the nursing intervention based on fast track surgery was applied in the study group. The surgical condition and postoperative complication were observed and compared between two groups. Results Patients in the study group had shorter length of stay, earlier time to first diet and earlier time of defe-cation compared with those in the control group, with significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . the incidence of postoperative complication was 6. 1% （2/33） in the study group and was 24. 2% （ 8/33 ） in the con-trol group, with a significant difference （ P 〈 0 . 05 ） . Conclusion nursing interventions based on fast track surgery is potentially effective to reduce the length of stay and risk of postoperative complications in patients with bile duct exploration.
