摘要
对某发电机定子绕组绝缘电腐蚀闭题迚行说明和分析。采用多种手段确定了电腐蚀的性质和对绝缘的损坏程度,指出绕组防晕缺陷和运行环境是导致电腐蚀发生和发展的主要原因,为绝缘的修复提供了依据。针对此次闭题,仍防晕改造、环境改善等方面给出处理措施,处理后发电机运行情况良好,为同类闭题的处理提供了参考。
This paper mainly describes and analyses the electric corrosion of the stator winding insulation for a certain generator. Some methods are used to determine the corrosion nature and insulation damage, and it also points out that the reasons for the appearance and development of the corrosion is anticorona layer defects and bad operation environment, providing guidance for the repair of the insulation. According to this fault, improvement measures on anticorona reformation, operation environment improvement are presented. Now the generator is in good condition, and can be reference for the solving similar problems.
