摘要
为了提高PDC钻头在深井硬地层中的机械钻速,研制了液动旋冲工具。该工具能够通过钻井液提供的动力,在周向上产生高频冲击,在轴向上产生水力脉冲,使钻头的破岩方式由普通的刮削转变为机械冲击与水力脉冲相结合的破岩方式,有效提高PDC钻头在深井硬地层中的破岩效率,消除钻头的粘滑和卡钻现象。现场试验结果表明:该工具设计合理、性能可靠,操作简单,可满足直井和定向井提速需求。液动旋冲工具在大庆区块的寿命及提速指标与国外扭力冲击器相当,在辅助破岩方式及正反冲击力大小上具有一定优势。
To improve the penetration rate of PDC bit in hard formation of deep well,a hydraulic rotary impact tool has been developed. The tool can generate high frequency impact in the circumferential direction and the hydraulic pulse in the axial direction through the power provided by the drilling fluid,so as to change the rock breaking method of the drill bit from common scraping to combined mechanical impact and hydraulic pulse,effectively improving the PDC bit rock breaking efficiency in the deep well hard rock formation and eliminating the stickslip and stuck pipe phenomenon. The field test results show that the tool has a rational design,reliable performance and simple operation way,which could meet the needs of drilling speed increasing in vertical well and directional well. The life and drilling speed of hydraulic rotary impact tool are equal to that of the foreign torsion impactor used in Daqing,and it presents a certain advantage on rock breaking manner and positive and negative impact force.
