摘要 管道维修通用技术主要是不停输开孔封堵技术,该技术虽有一定优势,但其缺点是会在维修管段永久留下焊接三通疤痕,破坏管道完整性,对管道运行造成安全隐患。在此背景下,基于管内智能封堵技术的新型管道维修技术及工艺应运而生,将此项技术与定点投送技术及管内外通信技术相结合,工艺简单、方便,无需停输,极大地缩短了管道维修周期;维修后不残留三通疤痕,极大程度降低管道运行安全隐患。该技术工艺过程安全可靠,不造成资源浪费与环境污染,适用于海上和陆上各种复杂环境。最后指出,基于管内智能封堵技术的新型管道维修技术具有广阔的工程应用前景。 The general technique of pipeline maintenance is mainly the technology of pipeline tapping and plugging without transportation interrupt. Despite the certain advantages of the technique,the permanent left welded pipe scars after maintenance would damage the integrity of pipeline operation,presenting pipeline operation safety risks. In this context,new pipeline maintenance technology based on the smart pipe plugging technique came into being. Combined with the fixed-point delivery technology and cross pipe communication technology,a simple and convenient process is formed without transportation interrupt,which could greatly shorten the pipeline maintenance cycle,eliminate tee joint scars,thus reducing pipeline safety hazards. The technology process,with safety and reliability,is applicable to all kinds of complex onshore and land environment without causing waste of resources and environmental pollution. Finally,it is pointed out that the new pipeline maintenance technology has a wide prospect of engineering application.
