摘要
从贝氏体轴承用钢、热处理工艺、贝氏体轴承用钢中残余奥氏体论述了国内外贝氏体在轴承中应用的研究进展,重点介绍了近年来纳米贝氏体钢在轴承中应用的研究成果,提出了纳米贝氏体钢在轴承中应用尚需解决的短周期开发、适用工况及寿命预测等科学和技术问题。
The progress of bainite steel in bearing manufacturing field at home and abroad are summarized in detail from the following three aspects: bainite bearing steel,heat treatment process and the retained austenite in bainite steel. The development of nano- bainite steel in bearing field is emphasized. Some problems on the application of nano- bainite on bearing that need to be solved are proposed,such as short period process,the appropriate working condition and prediction of service life.
