摘要 组织学与胚胎学实验教学是组织学与胚胎学课程教学的重要组成部分,对提高学生对微细结构的认知和理论教学内容的理解起到了非常重要的作用。为了更好地发挥实验教学的作用,针对传统实验教学的不足,中国医科大学组织学与胚胎学教研室创建数码显微互动系统,将微课应用于实验教学中,并传承光镜、电镜相结合的实验教学模式和实施多样化实验考核形式对组织学与胚胎学实验教学进行一系列的改革,取得了良好的教学效果。 Experiment teaching of histology and embryology is an important part of histology and embryology course, and plays a crucial role in understanding the microstructure as well as histological and embryological theories. Aiming at the shortage of traditional experiment teaching, Department of Histology and Embryology of China Medical University has carried out a series of reforms in experiment teaching to give full play to their role, including constructing the digital microscopic interaction system, applying micro-courses to experiment teaching, inheriting the experiment teaching mode of light micros-cope combined with electron microscope, and adopting multiple means of experiment assessment. Satis-factory teaching effects have been achieved.
