摘要
采用2015年开发的城乡不同比例尺的数据库融合标准及建设管理软件,开展集体土地所有权数据库(1∶10 000比例尺)、集体土地使用权(宅基地使用权和集体建设用地使用权)数据库(1∶500比例尺)的融合工作,为土地登记信息监管查询提供基础,也为不动产登记信息管理基础平台和公开查询系统建设提供规范、有效的土地登记基础信息。
By using the database integration standards and construction management system in different scale of ur-ban and rural areas in 2015, the integration work of the collective land ownership database （1：10 000 scale） and the collective land use rights （the right to use the homestead and collective construction land use rights） database （1：500 scale） was carried out, to provide the basis for land registration information supervision query, also to provide stan-dardized and effective land registration basic information for the construction of real estate registration information management infrastructure platform and open query system.
