摘要
电网故障行波由故障点产生沿最短路径传向整个电网。配电网非故障线路行波由母线传向各分支,定义各分支末端行波到达时差为线路时差特征值,仅由线路结构确定;而故障线路行波由故障点传向各分支,各分支末端行波到达时差则小于或等于该线路时差特征值。提出一种基于多端行波到达时差的配电网故障选线方法,采用线路多端行波到达的时差测量值数组与该线路时差特征值数组的相关分析进行故障选线,提高了故障选线的抗干扰能力。仿真分析结果及现场运行结果表明,该方法不受故障类型限制,容错能力好,选线可靠性高。
Fault traveling waves transmit to the whole power grid along the short path in a distribution system. For the normal line,the traveling wave transmits to every branch from the busbar. The time difference of traveling wave arriving at every branch terminal is decided by the normal line structure,and it is defined as Time-Difference-Eigen-Value( TDEV) in this paper. However,for the faulted line,the traveling wave transmits to every branch from the fault point. And the time difference of multi-terminal detected traveling waves( TDTV) is less than or equal to the TDEV in the faulted line. A novel method of fault line detection with the time difference of multi-terminal detected traveling waves was then presented. The method detected the fault line by comparing the correlation coefficient of time difference measured-value array with the TDEV array,and it has a stronger anti-interference ability. Simulation analysis results show that the proposed method can detect all kinds of faults with strong robustness,simple operation,high reli-ability,and good practicality.
