摘要
设计了一种斜孔弯销三次抽芯机构,当注塑产品上型芯动模侧存在与开模方向不一致的斜向螺孔柱位孔时,该抽芯机构可实现上述特征产品的抽芯和自动化模塑生产。该抽芯机构通过弯销的动作实现第1次抽芯动作,弹簧带动主滑块实现第2次抽芯动作,弹簧驱动斜顶针实现第3次抽芯动作。模具结构中简化略去了锁紧块的应用,在简化模具结构的同时,有效地保证了产品成型质量,降低了模具生产制作成本和产品注塑成本。
A type of three inclined-hole angular cam core-pulling mechanism was provided. When the oblique screw cylindri-cal hole with the direction being not matched to the mould open direction exists in the side of moving half of a injection mould, the inclined-hole angular cam core-pulling mechanism can realize the core-pulling action and automatic molding production of the prod-ucts with the feature mentioned above. The ?rst core-pulling action is achieved through the action of angular cam of the mechanism,the second core-pulling action is realized through the forms of spring driven the main slide block,and the third core-pulling action is realized through the forms of spring driven inclined ejector pin. In this way, the locking block is omitted and simpli?ed in mould structure and the product molding quality is ensured effectively with simplifying the mould structure, the mould production cost and product injection molding cost are reduced.
