摘要
简要地介绍了功率键合图法的基本理论,基于由荷兰Twente大学机械与电子控制工程学院研制与开发的20-sim软件,利用20-sim软件可以很方便的进行机电一体化建模,实现功率键合图的建模与仿真.在实例模型中,首先利用20-sim软件设置了电梯系统的物理模型,然后根据系统模型合理选择键合图在20-sim环境中建立键合图模型,最后进行系统仿真,仿真结果很好的反映了控制过程,达到非常理想的效果.因此,利用20-sim软件对机电一体化系统建模与仿真既简单又直观,为键合图法的建模与仿真提供了新的思路.
The main principal of Power Bond Graph theory is briefly introduced. Based on the modeling and simulation software 20-sim developed by Control Engineering Group in University of Twente(The Netherlands),a new method is derived for modeling and simulation of Power Bond Graph by using 20-sim. Firstly,a new mechatronic model is formed in the environment of 20-sim. Moreover,the bond graph is constructed in the environments of 20-sim by using Power Bond Graph methods directly. The simulation results follow the theory result perfectly. So,the final results show the high efficiency of this method and it provides a new way in the field of Power Bond Graph modeling and simulation.
