甘氨双唑钠对食管鳞癌放射增敏作用的疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨研究甘氨双唑钠对食管鳞癌放射治疗增敏作用的临床疗效。方法方便选取2013年12月—2015年12月平阴县中医医院肿瘤科确诊食管癌鳞患者60例。随机分成观察组和对照组,每组患者30例,对照组采取单纯放疗治疗,放疗总剂量60 Gy/7周,观察组在常规放疗同时使用甘氨双唑钠,每2 d使用1次,用药3次/周,用药到放射治疗过程结束。放疗中检测患者血常规并观察处理各种不良反应。结果观察组完全缓解9例,部分缓解18例,稳定2例,病情恶化1例,总有效率90.00%。对照组患者完全缓解6例,部分缓解14例,稳定8例,病情恶化2例,总有效率66.66%;两组比较,观察组的治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者均未发现明显不良反应。结论甘氨双唑对食管鳞癌放疗增敏作用确切,且治疗安全性好,不良反应小。 Objective To study the effect of sodium glyoxidizine on the radiosensitivity of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Convenient selection 60 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma diagnosed by Oncology Department of Pingyin Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2013 to December 2015, Were randomly divided into observation group and control group, Each group of 30 patients, The control group received radiotherapy alone, the total dose of radiotherapy 60 Gy/7 weeks, Treatment group in the conventional radiotherapy using glycididazole sodium, used every 2days, 3 times a week medication, medication to the end of the radiation therapy process. Radiotherapy in patients with blood tests and observe the treatment of various adverse reactions. Results In the treatment group, there were 9 cases of complete remission, 18 cases of partial remission, 2 cases of stabilization, 1 case of exacerbation, the total effective rate was 90.00%.In the control group, complete remission in 6 cases, partial remission in 14 cases, stable in 8 cases, exacerbation in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 66.66%; 2 group compared to the radiotherapy of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05), No significant adverse events were found in either group. Conclusion The effect of glycididazole on radiosensitization of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is accurate, safe and safe.
