摘要
以FPGA为处理核心,设计了一种增强型宽带数字频率计,不仅可完成频率周期的测量,还可以进行占空比、相位差等测量操作,最小输入电压有效值为10 m V,且输入频率范围可达1 Hz^100 MHz。并利用MCS-51单片机对FPGA测量的原始结果进行后续处理和显示,充分发挥了单片机与FPGA的特长,比传统的软核FPGA方案及CPU方案具有更好的工程实用性。
With FPGA as processing core,an enhanced wideband frequency meter was presented. Accurate frequency / cycle measurement of input signal can be obtained. Furthermore,duty measurement of square wave,and time interval analysis of 2 homologous square wave all supported. Minimum input voltage effective value is 10 m V.And 1 Hz - 100 MHz frequency measurement can be supported. MCS-51 microcontroller was utilized to complete final result calculation display using FPGA's original measurement data. So that advantages of both FPGA and microcontroller can be exploited fully. Compared with traditional soft CPU Core based on FPGA and single microcontroller strategy,presented design can achieve better engineering practicality and lower product costs.
