摘要
以武汉市九龙大桥项目为研究背景,通过方案比选,确定了竖转架起扳的施工方案。通过理论分析和实践研究,提出了一套完整的拱、梁、竖转架组合的自平衡竖转体系,节省材料、费用和工期。通过竖转施工工艺研究,形成了一套斜拉桥钢塔竖转施工工法,该工法涵盖了钢拱塔预制、拼装和竖转施工。在竖转施工过程中,精细化的过程控制保证了钢拱塔竖转施工的顺利完成。
The vertical rotation construction with supporting bracket was chosen by scheme comparison based on Gao-xin 2nd Road Cable-stayed Bridge in Wuhan.A self-balanced vertical rotation system comprised of arch,beam and bracket was innovatively proposed by theoretical analysis and practical research.Material,cost and time could be saved up since auxiliary structures and ground anchor devices were not needed.A construction method which contained the prefabrication,assembly and rotation of the tower was proposed and mastered by the study of construction technologies.The successful completion of the project could be guaranteed by refined process control in the vertical rotation construction.The vertical rotation system and construction method could set an example for similar bridges in the future.
