摘要 目的:探讨操作性肌电生物反馈疗法联合康复训练对胸腰段不完全性脊髓损伤患者肌力及功能独立性的影响。方法:随机选取收治的60名胸腰段不完全性脊髓损伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均采用脊髓损伤常规康复训练,治疗组在此基础上增加操作性肌电生物反馈疗法,每日1次,在康复训练前后采用改良Lovett肌力测定法、s EMG信号收集及功能独立性评定量表(FIM)进行评定,观察其改善情况。结果:两组治疗后肌力及FIM评分均高于治疗前,治疗组和对照组之间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:操作性肌电生物反馈疗法对提高胸腰段不完全性脊髓损伤患者肌力及FIM评分有重要意义,临床上有重要应用价值。 Objective To investigate the effects of muscle strength and functional independence with operational electromyographic biofeedback therapy in patients with thoracic lumbar segment incomplete spinal cord injury. Method 60 patients with thoracic lumbar segment incomplete spinal cord injury were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group,two groups all used conventional rehabilitation training of spinal cord injury,the treatment group on the basis of increasing operational electromyographic biofeedback therapy,1 times per day,Before and after rehabilitation training by modified Lovett muscle strength test、s EMG signal collection anf functional independence measure( FIM) to assess. Results The muscle strength and FIM score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,the difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant( P〈0. 05),the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Operational electromyographic biofeedback therapy to improve patients with thoracic lumbar segment incomplete spinal cord injury muscle strength and FIM score has important significance,a important clinical application value.
