摘要
目的探讨应用综合护理干预措施预防ICU综合征中的效果。方法选取我院2014年5月至2015年3月的ICU住院未超过一周的患者共100例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组50例患者。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预措施,以调查问卷的形式对比两组患者对ICU护理的满意程度以及ICU综合征的发生率。结果在ICU护理工作的满意情况调查中,观察组的满意程度(96%)明显高过对照组(58%),观察组ICU综合征发生率(30%)明显低于对照组(76%),数据对比差异显著,有统计学意义(t=3.4165,P<0.05)。结论对ICU患者采用综合护理干预措施有很好的应用价值,值得进行推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention measures preventing ICU Syndrome. Methods 100 patients with ICU in our hospital hospital with less than one week from May 2014 to March 2015 were selected and divided into two groups randomly, the observation group and the treatment group, each group for 50 cases. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention measures. The satisfaction degree for ICU nursing and the incidence rate of ICU syndrome in two groups were compared by the form of questionnaires. Results For the investigation of the satisfaction of ICU nursing, the satisfaction degree of the observation group（96%）was evidently higher than that of the control group（58%）. The incidence rate of ICU syndrome（30%） in the observation group was evidently lower than that in the control group（76%）. The difference between two groups was evident, which had statistical significance（t=3.4165, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Applying comprehensive nursing intervention measures for ICU patients has good application value, which is worthy of promotion and application.
