摘要
针对光学电压传感器的光源寿命短、工作不稳定性等问题,设计了一种不需要载波光源的光学电压传感器.光学电压传感器由1个电阻器和2个发光二极管组成,发光二极管采用并列方式连接,通过被测电压产生微小漏电流使光二极管工作,根据发光二极管的光度获得被测电压的值.采用仿真实验对光学电压传感器的可靠性进行了测试,结果表明,设计的光学电压传感器不需要载波光源,能够抑制温度漂移对输出信号的影响,而且测量精度高,工作性能稳定.
In order to solve the problems such as short life of light source and unstable work of in current optical voltage sensor,a novel voltage sensor is proposed in this paper which does not require carrier light source. Optical voltage sensor comprises 1 resistors and 2 light emitting diodes which are connected in a parallel way, a small leakage current is produced to make the light diode work through measured voltage, value of measured voltage is obtained according to luminosity of light emitting diode,finally,simu-lation experiment is used to test the reliability of optical voltage sensor. The optical voltage sensor in this paper does not need carrier light source, low cost, not affected by temperature, measurement results is high precision and stable performance.
