摘要
针对某铜矿矿石性质发生变化,部分硫化铜矿与黄铁矿发生氧化,选铜作业采用单一石灰难以对硫起到较好的抑制作用,造成铜精矿品位难以提高,铜硫分离困难等一系列问题,需对该选矿厂现场进行工艺优化。工业实践中,组合抑制剂石灰+HXM-2较好地解决了单一石灰法难以抑制黄铁矿的问题,通过降低石灰用量,减少粗选过程中铜的损失,提高粗精矿的回收率。同时,通过铜精选第三槽的改造及石灰添加系统的改造,强化了铜精选过程,最终达到了既提高了铜精矿回收率,又提高了铜精矿铜品位的目的。最终铜精矿铜品位高达22.49%,铜回收率达89.20%,铜精矿品位提高3.07%,回收率提高2.38%。本次工业实践,未增加药剂成本,也未增加额外投资,每年增加总效益额为478.61万元,经济效益显著。
