摘要
目的:探讨益气滋阴活血汤联合西药治疗冠心病的疗效及对CD40/CD40L表达的影响。方法:将在我院心内科就诊的84例冠心病患者随机纳入研究组和对照组各42例,研究组予益气滋阴活血汤联合阿托伐他汀钙胶囊,对照组单用阿托伐他汀钙胶囊,比较两组治疗效果及患者细胞CD40/CD40L表达的差异。结果:治疗有效率研究组高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后两组患者的全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、浆比黏度和纤维蛋白原均较治疗前有所下降,且研究组各项指标较对照组下降更明显(P<0.01);治疗后研究组白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)及WBC+PLT表达CD40和CD40L阳性细胞数均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:益气滋阴活血汤联合西药对冠心病具有较好的疗效,能明显降低患者CD40/CD40 L的表达。
Objective： To study the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tang combined with western medicine on coronary heart disease and CD40/CD40 L expression.Methods： Eighty-four patients hospitalized in our Cardiology department were randomly selected and divided into study groups（ n = 42） and control group（ n = 42）.The study group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Tang combined with atorvastatin calcium capsule,while the control group was only treated with atorvastatin calcium capsule.The difference of therapeutic effect and CD40/CD40 L expression was compared between the two groups.Results： The therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.01）.The values of whole blood high shear viscosity,low shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,which decreased more significantly in the study group（ P 〈 0.01）.After treatment,the parameters of patients’ WBC,PLT,WBC ＋ PLT of CD40 and CD40 L in the study group were less than those in the control group（ P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion： Yiqi Huoxue Tang combined with western medicine has a better effect on coronary heart disease,and can significantly reduce the expression of CD40/CD40 L in patients with coronary heart disease.
