糖尿病肾病患者血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关载脂蛋白与铁蛋白及转铁蛋白饱和度的相关性分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析2型糖尿病肾病患者血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关载脂蛋白(NGAL)与铁蛋白(SF)水平及转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)的相关性。方法选择62例2型糖尿病肾病患者,用SLS-Hb法检测Hb,用ELISA法检测血清NGAL,用免疫比浊法测SF、转铁蛋白(Trf),Ferene法测血清铁(SI)、总铁结合力(TIBC),用SI和TIBC计算TSAT。用Pearson相关分析法分析糖尿病肾病患者血清NGAL和Hb、SI、SF、Trf、TIBC、TSAT的相关性。将62例2型糖尿病肾病患者以血清NGAL中位数为界分为低血清NGAL组(血清NGAL≤中位数)和高血清NGAL组(血清NGAL>中位数),比较两组Hb、SI、SF、Trf、TIBC、TSAT。结果 Pearson相关分析结果显示62例2型糖尿病肾病患者血清NGAL与SF、TSAT呈正相关(r分别为0.459、0.324,P均<0.05)。62例2型糖尿病肾病患者血清NGAL值中位数为313.67 ng/m L。低NGAL组患者SF和TSAT低于高NGAL组(P均<0.05),两组患者Hb、SI、Trf、TIBC相比P均>0.05。结论 2型糖尿病肾病患者血清NGAL水平和SF、TSAT有关。血清NGAL高的早期糖尿病肾病患者SF和TSAT高。
