摘要
随着国内盾构施工技术的发展,盾构越来越广泛应用于地铁、市政和地下管网等工程建设,硬质合金刮刀作为盾构掘进的主要工具,其性能和寿命决定着整个工程的掘进效率和经济效益。本文通过大量工程实践,从刀具设计、硬质合金选用、基体材料选用及热处理、钎焊工艺改进等多个角度对盾构刮刀常见的失效形式进行分析,并在此基础上找出导致其失效的原因,归纳出一种提高刀具的性能及使用寿命的方法,为盾构刀具国产化及国内盾构产业的发展提供一些探索。
with the development of the shield construction technology in China, the shield has had increasing applications in the constructions such as subways, public works and underground pipelines. The cemented carbide cutters are the primary excavating tools on the shield, and their performance and life determine the excavating efficiency and economic effect of the whole construction project. Through a lot of engineering practices, the paper analyzes the common failures of the shield' s cutters in terms of cutter design, selection of cemented carbides and cutter body' s materials, and the improvement of heat treatment and the braze welding processes. Based on those, the paper identifies the causes behind those failures and concludes a method of increasing the performance and life of the cutters, exploring the localization of shield' s cutters and the development of domestic shield industry.
