摘要
采用同位素稀释-气相色谱-质谱/质谱(GC-MS/MS)技术同时测定植物油中16种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂。样品用正己烷饱和的乙腈提取,经固相萃取小柱净化,采用GC-MS/MS测定,内标法定量。结果表明:该方法线性关系良好,相关系数在0.99以上,检出限和定量限分别为3.0μg/kg和10.0μg/kg;添加10、50、100μg/kg 3个水平的混合标准溶液,植物油中16种邻苯二甲酸酯的平均回收率在82.3%~104.5%,相对标准偏差在1.3%~10.8%。该方法灵敏度高、干扰小、定量结果准确可靠,适合植物油中邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的检测。
Sixteen phthalate esters (PAEs) were simultaneously determined in vegetable oil using gas chromatography- tandem mass spectrometry (GC -MS/MS) with isotope dilution. The samples were extracted with aeetonitrile saturated by n - hexane and cleaned up with solid phase extraction column, then determined by GC - MS/MS using internal standard method for quantitative analysis. The results showed that the method had a good linear relationship with correlation coefficient above 0.99, and the detection limit and quantitation limit were 3.0 μg/kg and 10.0μg/kg,respectively;adding PAEs mixed standard solution with three levels 10,50,100 μg/kg to vegetable oil ,the mean recoveries of sixteen PAEs in vegetable oil were 82.3% - 104.5% ,and the relative standard deviations were 1.3% - 10.8%. The method had high sensitivity, little interference and good precision, which was suitable for the determination of PAEs in vegetable oil.
