基于最优性能的50CrVA刀柄材料热处理研究

摘要 针对当前国内缺乏优质刀杆材料的现象,本研究参照瑞典SANDVIK优质切槽刀杆用钢,将国内具有较好前景的50Cr VA弹簧钢作为研究对象,在当前材料热处理规范的基础上分析了不同热处理条件下50Cr VA弹簧钢的组织和力学性能。结果表明:50Cr VA弹簧钢经铸造成形后热锻,再经875℃淬火和425℃、450℃、475℃、500℃、525℃回火后,其回火组织主要是屈氏体和回火索氏体组织;随着回火温度的升高,50Cr VA钢的强度和硬度逐渐降低,而伸长率升高;在450℃以前伸长率显著增加,450~500℃时伸长率呈现缓慢升高趋势。此外,随着回火温度的升高,冲击功也呈现逐渐升高的趋势。综合试验结果,找出了50Cr VA钢用于刀杆的最优性能热处理工艺,为50Cr VA的基础研究提供了一定支持。 Based on the domestic lack of high-quality cutter bar material phenomenon, the paper takes the better prospects of 50CrVA spring steel as the research object referring to the Swedish SANDVIK high quality groove cutter rod steel. The microstructure and property of 50CrVA spring steel under different heat treatment were analyzed based on the heat treatment specification. The results show that the 50CrVA spring steel, goes by hot forging after casting and quenching at 875 ℃ and tempering at 425 ℃, 450 ℃, 475 ℃, 500 ℃, 525 ℃, the microstructure is mainly the troostite and sorbite. With the increase of the tempering temperature, the strength and hardness of 50CrVA steel decreased gradually, and the elongation increased. Before 450 ℃, the elongation increased significantly. Between 450℃ and 500℃, increasing trend of elongation was slow. In addition, with the increase of the tempering temperature, the impact energy also showed a gradually increasing trend. Comprehensive test results, this paper finds out the optimal performance heat treatment process for 50CrVA steel, which provides some support for the basic research of 50CrVA.
