摘要 目前,监狱监管越来越趋于智能化[1]。针对监狱内部流动人员活动范围大,异常动态不易精确定位以及罪犯狱内或离监后跟踪不及时等问题,监狱物联网安全管控系统以全国监狱信息化一期工程为基础,遵循全国监狱信息化整体规划,建成多方位管控的智能应用平台,保证了区域间的人员流动控制功能均能满足通用性、健壮性,降低了警力配备,实现了罪犯多层级、多方面的综合管控,提升监狱各部门对罪犯的管控力度。 At present,the supervision of prison is becoming more and more intelligent.With the problem of the movement of prison personnel within the scope of large,abnormal dynamic is not easy to accurately locate and the prisoner is not in prison or after the prison track is not timely,the security control system of the internet of things for criminals based on the first project of the national prison information,follow the national prison information overall planning,to build intelligent application platform,to ensure that the inter-regional personnel flow control functions can meet the versatility,robustness,reduce the police force with the realization of the criminal multi-level,multi-faceted integrated control to enhance the prison departments to criminal control efforts.
