摘要
企业文化主要是企业在长期运营过程中所形成的,它也是市场经济不断发展的产物,对于企业长远有序运行有着重要的意义。在二战后,日本注重国内经济建设,并在短时间内发展成为世界经济强国,其成功有着一定的经验,值得我国企业去学习。在日本企业中,非常注重以人为本,但是我国企业很少能够正确认识到人所具有的作用,导致员工缺乏归属感,出现严重的跳槽现象,极大地降低了企业竞争力。所以,学习日本企业文化内涵并将其成功经验运用到我国企业管理中,这非常有利于我国企业的可持续发展。
Enterprise culture is mainly formed in the long-term operation of the enterprise, it is also the product of the development of the market economy, and has important significance for the long-term operation of the enterprise. After World War II, there is lots of attention was paid to the construction of the domestic economy in Japan, and in a short period of time, Japan become a world economic power country, it is worth to learn for us its successful experience. In Japanese enterprises, they attaches great importance to people-oriented, but we can 't correctly recognize the power of people in Chinese enterprises, which causes the staff lack of a sense of belonging, and so job hopping phenomenon is serious, greatly reducing the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, to study culture connotation and its successful experience from Japanese enterprise and apply to enterprise management in our country, which is very conducive to the sustainable development of Chinese enterprises.
