摘要
水库群联合防洪调度,可充分利用各水利工程的防洪作用,最大限度减小洪灾损失。以潘家口、大黑汀、桃林口水库群联合防洪调度为例,在保证工程和下游防洪区安全的前提下,改变以往各水库独立调度的模式,采用联合调度的方法。建立以最大削峰为目标的水库群联合调度优化模型,并运用遗传算法对该模型进行求解,针对两种级别洪水提出了该水库群联合防洪调度方式,给出针对不同量级的洪水具体的调度方案,充分发挥了各水库的调洪作用,确保了下游防洪安全。
The joint flood control operation of the reservoir group can make full of the flood control function of the water conservancy project to reduce flood losses to the maximum extent. With the joint flood control operation of the reservoir group in Panjiakou,Daheiting and Taolinkou as the example, on the premise of ensuring engineering and flood control measure safety, the previous separate operation model was changed, and the joint operation of the reservoir group were adopted. An optimal dispatching model was established wi'th max- imizing the peak clipping as the target, and genetic algorithm was adopted to search solutions for this model, the reservoir floo'd control scheme was proposed aiming at two levels of flood dispatching mode,which gives full play to the roles of Panjiakou, Daheiting and Ta- olinkou reservoirs on flood storage and detention, all this has ensured the safety of the flood control region.
