摘要
目的:探讨整体护理联合会阴无保护接生对降低剖宫产率的影响。方法:收集初产妇160例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理方法与会阴无保护接生,观察组给予整体护理联合会阴无保护接生,比较两组产妇的剖宫产发生率。结果:观察组产妇的剖宫产率(12.5%)低于对照组(65.0%)(P<0.05),观察组的满意率(97.5%)高于对照组(90.0%)(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理联合会阴无保护接生可有效降低剖宫产的发生,减轻了产妇的痛苦,减少了出血和感染的机会,可在临床推广使用。
Objective ：To explore the effect of holistie nursing combined with perineum delivery without protection on the reduction of the rate of cesarean section. Methods： 160 primiparas from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected. All primiparas were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing and unprotected perineum delivery, and the observation group was given holis- tic nursing combined with unprotected perineum delivery, with the occurrence of cesarean section in the two groups compared. Results：The rate of cesarean section in the observation group was 12.50 %, much lower than 65.00 % in the control group. The difference between the two groups had statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.50 %, higher than 90.00 % in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The holistic nursing combined with unprotected perineum delivery can effectively reduce the occurrence of cesarean delivery, maternal pain, bleeding and infection, which can be used in clinical practice.
