摘要
W火焰锅炉采用重油点火方式启动,拱下水冷壁容易结焦。基于一台新建锅炉启动过程中拱下水冷壁的结焦情况,分析了其结焦原因,主要原因有喷嘴距离水冷壁过近,油雾直接冲刷水冷壁;油枪保护套管设计过短,火焰刚性不足;重油高温下析碳结焦,堵塞喷嘴等。针对这些原因采取了相应的防结焦措施。实施这些措施后,结焦现象明显改善,在锅炉以后的启动过程中,油枪护罩及其拱下水冷壁上均未出现油焦。同时也改善油枪的雾化,保证了油枪长期、持续运行。
Water wall below the arch coking occurs more frequently in "W"style boiler during heavy oil ignite start-up. Based on a water wall below the arch coking problem during the start-up process of a new "W"style boiler,the paper analyzed the coking causes were that too close distance from nozzle to water wall,result in oil mist directly scouring water wall due to the poor atomization,the design deficiency of oil gun protecting sleeve result in flame less rigid,heavy oil coking clogged nozzle at high temperature, etc. Finally, according to these causes, the corresponding solving measures of coking were put forward,whose effect was obvious: there was no oil coking in the region oil gun shield and water wall blow the arch. At the same time,improve atomizing of the oil gun,ensure the oil gun long-time and continuous running.
