摘要
针对哈得油田奥陶系储层油藏开发过程中,出现井筒内异物堵塞影响油井正常生产的难题,通过室内实验分析井筒堵塞物成分是以胶质、沥青质为主,进而分析胶质沥青质在原油举升过程中析出的原因及影响因素,筛选出可高效分解沥青质堵塞物的化学助剂HC-C20,此分散剂应用于井筒解堵取得了很好的效果。
To solve the problem of well bore blockage caused by the precipitation of, with the development of Ordnvieian reservoir, folign material was experimental analyzed. According to results of study,the foreign material mainly was colloid and asphalting. The cause and effect of this dispersant in the process of lifting the oil were stud- ied as well.Plug removal Agents HC-C20 which is best in dissolving blockage was screened out. Field application has shown that this dispersant can prevent the blockage caused by the precipitation of colloid and asphalt material effectively.
