摘要
目的:探讨纳洛酮与阿昔洛韦联合治疗带状疱疹病毒性脑炎的临床效果。方法:选择2011年1月—2015年12月江西省遂川县人民医院收治的60例带状疱疹病毒性脑炎患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组患者静脉滴注阿昔洛韦治疗,观察组患者静脉滴注阿昔洛韦+纳洛酮治疗,疗程均为1周。比较2组患者临床症状改善情况和疗效。结果:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),显著高于对照组的70.00%(21/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者血清中神经元特异性烯醇酶(NSE)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)水平均显著降低,中枢神经特异蛋白(S100-β)水平均显著升高,且观察组患者各项指标水平均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后遗症发生率为6.67%(2/30),对照组为26.67%(8/30),2组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:纳洛酮与阿昔洛韦联合治疗带状疱疹病毒性脑炎,疗效满意、后遗症发生率低,具有较好的临床应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical effects of acyclovir combined with naloxone in treatment of herpes zoster virus encephalitis. METHODS: 60 patients with herpes zoster virus encephalitis admitted into Jiangxi Suichuan County People's Hospital from Jan. 2011 to Dec. 2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 30 cases in each. The control group were given intravenous acyclovir treatment,while the observation group received acyclovir with naloxone intravenous treatment, the treatment course was 1 week. Theimprovement of clinical symptoms and efficacy of two groups were observed. RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 93. 33%( 28 /30),significantly higher than that of control group[70. 00%( 21 /30) ],with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05). After treatment,the serum levels of NSE and MMP-9 in two groups significantly decreased compared with before treatment,and the level of S100-β significantly increased and the indicators in observation group were significantly higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05). The incidence of sequelae of observation group was 6. 67%( 2 /30),and control group was 26. 67%( 8 /30),there was significant difference( P〈0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of acyclovir combined with naloxone in treatment of herpes zoster virus encephalitis is remarkable with low incidence of sequelae; it has good clinical application value.
