摘要
目的应用加味滋阴除湿汤治疗小儿特应性皮炎并观察其临床疗效及对SCORAD评分与血清总IgE的影响。方法随机选取青岛市中医院于2013年6月1日到2015年12月1日期间入院治疗的64例特应性皮炎患儿作为研究对象,应用随机数字法将其平均分为2组。治疗组给予加味滋阴除湿汤治疗,对照组给予常规抗组胺药氯雷他定片,疗程均为5周。对比分析2组患儿临床疗效、治疗前后SCORAD评分以及血清总IgE水平。结果治疗组总有效率、治疗后SCORAD评分以及治疗后血清总IgE水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味滋阴除湿汤能明显改善特应性皮炎患儿的临床症状及相关免疫功能。
Objective To explore the effect of modified Ziyin Chushi decoction on children with atopic dermatitis,as well as the influence on SCORAD and total serum IgE. Methods 64 patients with atopic dermatitis in traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Qingdao from from June 1,2013 to December 1,2015 were involved in this study. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with modified Ziyin Chushi decoction,while the control group was given antihistamines,loratadine tablets. The curative effect,SCORAD scores before and after treatment,as well as the total serum IgE were compared between two groups. Results For treatment group,the total effective rate,SCORAD scores and serum total IgE levels after treatment were significantly superior to the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Modified Ziyin Chushi decoction could significantly improve the symptoms of atopic dermatitis and related immune function.
