摘要
目的分析手术室全程护理中舒适护理的应用效果及体会。方法回顾性分析180例接受手术治疗的患者的临床资料，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各90例，其中对照组采用常规护理措施，观察组在对照组的基础上采用舒适护理模式，比较两组患者的SAS、SDS评分及各项手术指标。结果观察组患者护理后SAS评分显著低于对照组，手术配合度及护理满意度均显著高于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、下床时间及住院时间等各项手术指标均显著优于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针对接受手术的患者在全程护理中采用舒适护理模式，可有用缓解患者的心理压力，提高患者的配合度及护理满意度，改善手术效果。
Objective to analyze the effect and experience of comfort nursing in the whole course nursing in operation room. Methods the clinical data of 180 patients who underwent surgical treatment were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 90 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The SAS, SDS score and the operation index of two groups were compared. Results the SAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the degree of operation and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion in the whole course of nursing care, the patients can be used to relieve the psychological pressure, improve the degree of cooperation and nursing satisfaction, improve the operation effect.
