树脂吸附法去除冷轧反渗透浓盐水中COD的研究

摘要 冷轧反渗透浓盐水中含有大量难降解有机物,属于高电导率、高COD浓度的特种废水,如将其直接排放会造成严重的环境污染。吸附法可以从稀溶液中有效回收单质、离子或特定化合物。研究采用树脂吸附工艺去除冷轧反渗透浓盐水中的COD。结果表明,树脂吸附法对去除冷轧反渗透浓盐水中的COD有一定的效果,大孔弱酸性丙烯酸系阳离子交换树脂(D113)投加量为3.0 g/L时冷轧反渗透浓盐水中COD去除效果最好,反应进行15min内,有机物浓度迅速下降,去除率在18.9%~36.9%之间。 The RO concentrate of cold rolling water contains a large number of refractoryorganics. This is a kind of special wastewater with high level of salt and COD, which could result inenvironmental pollution if discharged without treatment. Adsorption can be used to reclaim usefulcomponents from the dilute solution. Researehs were conducted to investigate the treatment of ROconcentrate COD with resin adsorption process. The results showed that adsorption resin method has acertain effect on the removal of RO concentrate COD in cold rolling water, the removal efficiency ofRO concentrate COD was the best when the dosage of Dl13 resin was 3.0 g/L. Within 15 min,theconcentration of organic matter decreased rapidly, the removal rate of organic matter was between18.9% and 36.9% .
