摘要
炼焦工业生产中煤热解结焦过程是在碳化室内进行,产生大量焦油、黑烟等物质,无法直接进行观测。根据煤热解过程原理并在总结大量前人研究工作的基础上,自主开发出煤热解结焦过程可视化装置,实现了煤热解结焦过程的可视化。装置可以自动控温,根据图像模糊算法自动测量煤热解过程样品膨胀收缩数值,并可得出煤样随温度变化过程曲线。该装置为国内首套自动测量装置,试验表明该装置对典型气、肥、焦、瘦煤具有很好的区分能力。同种煤的平行误差在2%以内,装置具有很好的适用性。
Coal pyrolysis and coking process are carried on in coking chamber in cokingindustry production. Large amount of tar and black smoke and other matters are produced in coalpyrolysis process. Therefore the coal pyrolysis phenomenon in coking chamber couldn' t be observeddirectly. Depending on coal pyrolysis theory and summary of previous studies, a visualization deviceof coal pyrolysis and coking process was developed by ourselves. The coal pyrolysis and cokingprocess could be observed by this device directly. The device had the function of automatictemperature control. The numerical values of swelling and shrinkage of coal samples during coalpyrolysis could be measured by this device using image fuzzy algorithm automatically. Instantaneouschange curve could be acquired too. The device was the first set of automatic measuring device. Thetest results showed that the device had good ability to distinguish typical gas coal, fat coal, cokingcoal and lean coal. The test error of the same kind of coal was no more than 2%. Therefore thisvisualization device of coal pyrolysis and coking process had good applicability.
