摘要
随着居民生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视食品营养与饮食健康,营养与食品卫生学的专业实践人才的需求量越来越大。作为一门实践性和应用性较强的学科,对营养与食品卫生学的实验教学缺乏重视、缺乏适时性和灵活性,本文从鼓励学生参与到教学中来;加强学科间的联系,及时更新学科内容;还原工作现场;培养高素质教师等四个方面进行分析,提出改革对策,提升学生的动手能力和综合素养。
As the improvement of living standarts, people pay more attention to food nutrition and have a healthy diet. The demand for practical professional of nutrition and food hygiene is growing. As a subjiect with strong practicalness and applicability, the exper-iment teaching of nutrition and food hygiene is unwalued, short of timeliness and flexibility. We should encourage students participate in teaching, strengthen links between disciplines, update subject content, restore the work site, and promote quality of teacher to im-prove students' operational ability and mixed-ability.
