摘要
目的研究并对比治疗干槽症患者使用盐酸米诺环素软膏和碘仿纱条填塞拔牙窝的效果。方法 88例干槽症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组采用碘仿纱条填塞拔牙窝治疗,观察组采用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,将两组临床疗效进行观察和对比。结果观察组显效37例(84.09%),有效7例(15.91%),无效0例,总有效率为100.00%;对照组显效28例(63.64%),有效15例(34.09%),无效1例(2.27%),总有效率为97.73%;观察组显效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在干槽症患者的治疗过程中,盐酸米诺环素软膏能够保证患者获得理想疗效,且操作简单,有助于维持患者的治疗依从性,值得推广应用。
Objective To research and compare effects between minocycline hydrochloride ointment and iodoform gauze extraction socket packing in the treatment of dry socket. Methods A total of 88 patients with dry socket were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group received iodoform gauze extraction socket packing for treatment, and the observation group received minocycline hydrochloride ointment for treatment. Observation and comparison were made on clinical effects between the two groups. Results The observation group had 37 excellent cases（84.09%）, 7 effective cases（15.91%）and 0 ineffective case, with total effective rate as 100.00%. The control group had 28 excellent cases（63.64%）, 15 effective cases（34.09%）and 1 ineffective case（2.27%）, with total effective rate as 97.73%. The observation group had obviously higher excellent rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference of total effective rate between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of dry socket patients, minocycline hydrochloride ointment ensures ideal curative effect, along with convenient operation. This method is helpful to maintain treatment compliance in patients, and it is worth promoting and applying.
