摘要
目的分析腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿蒂扭转保留卵巢手术的临床疗效。方法研究对象选取2012年7月~2015年6月收治的102例卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者,通过电脑随机的方式对患者进行分组,研究组50例患者接受腹腔镜下保留卵巢手术治疗;对照组52例患者采用常规开腹手术治疗,对两组患者的各项手术指标,术后情况进行观察和对比。结果研究组患者的术中出血量、术后肠道排气时间、住院时间等指标均短于对照组,对比差异结果具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于参照对比组间差异结果同样具有显著性（P〈0.05）;对患者进行为期6~20个月的随访,发现研究组患者中恢复正常月经的有42例、成功妊娠并分娩的有14例,对照组分别为29例和6例。对比差异结果具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿蒂扭转保留卵巢手术具有损伤小、并发症发生率低以及康复状况好的特点,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian-conserving surgery for ovarian cyst pedicle torsion.Methods A total of 102 cases with ovarian cyst pedicle torsion in General Hospital of Shenyang Military Region from July 2012 to June 2015 were selected as the research subjects.These patients were randomly by computer divided into two groups,namely,the study group（50 cases） and the control group（52 cases）.The study group received laparoscopic ovarian-conserving surgery,and the control group was treated with conventional open surgery.The operation indexes of the two groups were observed and compared.Results in the study group,Intraoperative bleeding amount,postoperative intestinal exhaust time,length of stay and other indicators were less or shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences between the two groups also has significant difference（P〈0.05）.The patients were followed up for a period of 6 ~ 20 months,In the study group,there were 42 cases with normal menstruation,14 cases with successful pregnancy and delivery; and in the control group,there were 29 cases with normal menstruation,6 cases with successful pregnancy and delivery,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions the clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian-conserving surgery for ovarian cyst pedicle torsion is remarkable.This operation has the characteristics of small injury,low incidence of complications and good recovery.
