摘要 针对闪速炉产能增加导致的余热锅炉辐射出口烟气温度过高、辐射室前部结渣现象严重等问题,采用CFD数值模拟方法对闪速炉余热锅炉内的热工过程进行数值模拟,分析上述问题出现的原因,为其结构优化设计提供理论指导。 In accordance with the production capacity increment of the waste heat boiler leads to over high flue gas temperature in the waste heat boiler radiation outlet and serious slag-bonding phenomenon at the front section of the radiation chamber,using CFD numerical simulation method toward thermal engineering process in the waste heat boiler carried out numerical simulation,and analyses appearance reason of above problems,provides theoretical guidance for the structural optimization design.
