摘要
了解近几年各种高血压药物应用的变化情况。2005年入选门诊或住院的50岁~80岁的高血压患者163名,每4年随访1次,历时8年。入选患者平均年龄（64.42±7.86）岁,男性40.49%;三次监测（2005年,2009年,2013年）的平均血压分别为（164.98/91.98±20.92/12.90）mmHg,（141.77/80.85±14.11/11.65）mmHg和（141.77/77.63±11.78/12.07）mmHg。高血压药物的应用三次问诊分别为ACEI 12.27%,14.29%和7.63%;ARB 2.45%,11.11%和28.81%;β受体阻滞剂31.90%,30.95%和30.51%;钙拮抗剂48.47%,64.29%和61.86%;利尿剂25.15%,19.84%和13.56%。近年高血压的控制水平提高;药物的应用情况主要变化在血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂（ACEI）的应用大幅下降而血管紧张素受体拮抗剂（ARB）明显增加,应引起注意。另钙拮抗剂仍然是应用比例最高的药物。高血压患者近年规律运动的意识明显提高。
To evaluated the change of the hypertension drugs among Chinese hypertensive patients in recent years.The clinical data from 163 hypertensive patients（50~80years）were collected at baseline and followed up every four years for eight years.The gender,age,BMI,education,blood pressure,blood glucose,cholesterol,triglyceride,anti-hypertension medication,frequency of exercise and cardio-cerebral vascular end points were recorded after informed consent in 2005.The average age of patients was（64.42±7.86）years in 2005,and 40.49% of participants were male.The mean blood pressure in 2005,2009 and 2013were（164.98/91.98±20.92/12.90）mmHg,（141.77/80.85±14.11/11.65）mmHg and（141.77/77.63±11.78/12.07）mmHg respectively.The percentage of drugs used in 2005,2009 and 2013 were ACEI12.27%,14.29% and 7.63%;ARB 2.45%,11.11% and 28.81%;βblocker 31.90%,30.95% and 30.51%;calcium channel blocker 48.47%,64.29% and 61.86%;diuretic 25.15%,19.84% and 13.56%.Nineteen patients died during eight years of follow-up.Three out of 11 cardiovascular diseases,4/10 stroke and 8/10 cancer were dead.Exercise frequency per week per person in 2005,2009 and 2013were 1.30±2.44,3.96±3.35 and 4.71±3.18 respectively.The hypertension was better controlled compared to eight years before.ACEIs usage reduced and accompanied by ARBs used more;calcium channel blockers were still the one most commonly used.The hypertensive patients were more inclined to do exercise in these years.
