摘要
对山西省内989名高校教师的压力状况及分布差异进行了实证研究。结果表明:(1)反映其工作压力很大的教师比例为44%,工作压力过大与教师离职呈显著正相关;(2)教师工作压力的分布在性别、所在学校层次及是否担任行政职务等变量上无显著差异,而与年龄、职称关系密切;(3)31-40岁与41-50岁年龄段教师感到工作压力最大;(4)副教授和讲师群体教师感到工作压力最大。建议教师管理部门定期收集相关信息,以便及时应对。
A questionnaire survey about working pressure and distinctions distribution was conducted among 989 university and college teachers. It showed:( 1) 44% of university and college teachers think they are under great working pressure,and the working pressure and giving up their jobs has notable positive correlation;( 2)Teachers' working pressure distribution has no statistically significant difference among gender,university level,administrative position,but is inseparably related with age and professional ranks;( 3) Those who feel most stressed are in the age groups of 31-40 and 41-50;( 4) Associate professors and lecturers feel the most stressed;( 5) Teachers of medicine,history,engineering,agriculture feel the most stressed,and teachers of management subject feel the least working pressure. The department of teachers ' management should collect information regularly and cope with the problems promptly.
